Time sensor not using Time Zone

I have just tried to set up some timed automations which ran at the wrong time.

So i added the time sensor to my dashboardTime

The Time and UTC time are the same but Time should be shifted by 1 hour

In the settings I have selected

Use local time which does show the correct shift but it does not change the time regardless of what is selected.

i also noticed that the times in node red are also based on the server time and not the local time also causing any timed automations to not be correct.

I could just set the automation time different by 1 hour but we like to shift time by an hour twice a year here in the UK so this would not be a good long term fix.

Any ideas? Am i missing another setting? Is there some old .yaml controling this now I have switched to the UI?

When you have spent ages looking. Once you ask the question the answer is obvious.

Found the other time zone setting and I had GMT with no daylight saving selected. Changed this to GMT London and all is good.
