Time Stamps in recorder Database

Hi all,

I wanted to check out, if someone can commit that timestamps in the database base on UTC Time. My timezone is Europe/Berlin and all stamps in the MariaDB are UTC (actual time-1h)

Yes the whole backend of home assistant uses UTC. It is only converted to your local time zone for display in the frontend.
