I have an HA OS VM that has been going ~4 years.
Is there any benefit to completely reinstalling the system? Speed, reliability?
The only config I have that would take time to rebuild is z2m pairings. Everything else is kept in config-as-code.

No benefit
Since HA OS is a minimal OS that runs docker containers for all the functions, there is very little (no) bloat installed and likely no performance to be gained from a reinstall.
Are you hitting any limits at the moment?
