A proper HA developed full well integrated todo list, where tasks can be created etc. in HA app, and shown on a fully customized card in both lovelace and yaml.

Those already integrations from MS and ToDoist, still have to be managed through there own app.

I’m using the Grocy integration where “tasks” are “chores”. The UI is web-based and integrated into HA. Having said that, a native equivalent that also integrates with the iOS and Android native apps would be ideal.
