Too much time on F5

HI there all,
it’s about 2 days that when I start some web-page I must wait about a minute
in order to see the new page
Also if I F5 on the chrome, I must wait
The unic think that I set lastly is the “Energy” page, Dwains dashboard, and I update the Node-Red.

What can be the problem please ?

No idea without error logs and browser console debug information.

The “Log Viewer” was empty,
But I uninstalled Dwains dashboard, and now all return back more quick on F5 refresh.
