I think it would be really helpful to have the option of enabling a “tooltip” icon on a selected card. A check box in the configuration options of a card that just says “Enable Tooltip” and a field for a brief text that appears when you hover over the icon.
This would enable a brief explanation of what a control does for those unsure. Like “Clicking this control will power off all the lights which may currently be on”…
Hopefully, this is something which could easily be implemented, as it would eliminate the need to provide explanation information directly in the interface, which uses valuable screen space.
