Hi All - new HA user here, so please excuse if I’m in the wrong spot!
I recently had a honeywell security system installed and connected through Total Connect 2.0. The panel showed up in my HA instance (raspberry pi) and I was able to sign in with a new user I created just for HA - so far so good. The technician came back yesterday to finish adding some motion detectors, and I noticed that the new sensors weren’t showing up in HA. I also noticed that even older sensors didn’t seem to be relaying information, so I thought something had gotten out of sync. I decided to try deleting the integration and adding it back, but after entering my User/Pass, HA gives an ‘unknown error’ message. My logs show some errors, but I’m not sure what to make of them - see the screenshot and text below. Thanks in advance for the help!
