Total Noob here: Does HA have something like paperUI (from OH2)?

I got started with openhab2 about a week ago and came to like its paperUI for setting up simple rules without having to code anything.

After reading more about the whole “OH2 vs HA” thing, I would like to try out HA as well, before settling on a system longterm.

Is it possible to create rules/ if-then scenarios in HA using a visual interface (like paperUI)? Or is coding the only way?

I’m not afraid to do some coding, but I’d prefer if simple rules can be set up without having to code them.

My apologies if this question is tremendously stupid, but I couldn’t find anything about that on the HA website.

There is the automation editor, though it’s still pretty primitive and only suited to relatively simple rules - which is probably enough to get you started.

You’ll get the most flexibility from manual rule creation, have a look at the cookbook for some examples.
