TotalConnect 2.0 gets Devices & Entities but infrequent events

I’m new to HA, migrating as I wanted to use this integration as well as a number of others.

I successfully connected integration and it loaded up all devices and entities. I can use the arm/disarm entity successfully.

I am only receiving about 1/4 of the activity that is happening when the front door opens and closes. I don’t see any errors in the logs.

Is anyone using this integration successfully or is it problematic in general?

The integration polls the TotalConnect server every 30 seconds and asks the status of things. Likely the door is not open that long, so it opens and closes again between polling times. That is my guess on why it only shows 1/4 of the time.

This is just how it’s built, checking every 30 seconds. I tried making the interval shorter but the server starts doing weird stuff.
