Touch Screen on HA Pi

Hy,
i am trying homeassistant again My Question is .
I used the HA Image and i like to use a 10 inch Touchdisplay connected to the PI which is running HA. But the HA image is headless , isn’t it? Ist it possible to run lovelace on the PI and show it on the connected Touch Screen?

Only if you choose another installation method that supports a desktop environment.
