I have an obsolete device in my TP-Link integrations list, but I can’t figure out how to remove it without removing the entire integration and adding the integration back.
Is there an easy way to do this?
If you go to Configuration - Entity Registry, you can delete the “unavailable” ones from there.
Thanks, unfortunately this particular one does not show up under the Entity Registry, while it remains in the integrations.
It does show under the new Devices list, but there is no option to remove it.
The other way I have done this is to just go to the .storage directory and edit the core.* files and just delete the block for that entity/device. You have to do it with ha stopped though.
did you ever work this out?
For anyone who may read this in the future:
- Go to the list of integrations
- Find the TP-Link integration
- Click on the one that you want to delete (most likely one with a red (!) if you’ve removed or turned it off)
- Click on the 3 dot menu button that appears in the bottom right after you click on the one you want.
- Delete
I was under the impression (maybe others as well) that this is delete the actual integration itself, but that’s not the case.
