Whelp. I accidentally updated all of my switches (19) to the latest firmware (HS200(US)_V5_1.0.10 Build 230518) and while it doesn’t break local control it might as well. Release notes are
1. Supported reconnecting to the router's Wi-Fi automatically when the switch drops.
2. Fixed some minor bugs.
So with this update the switches all disconnect from the WiFi every 10 minutes and re-connect when they are blocked from the internet.
I’m not sure there is any way to revert this or fake out the ping but I have been forced into allowing the switches internet access until a solution can be found.
