TPLink Switch automatic discovery support

The upstream pyHS100 library that this component depends on added a discovery capability about a month ago… Would be awesome of the switch/tplink component implemented it removing the requirement to specify host addresses in the configuration for each TPLink plug.

Over a year old… wish I had time to help look into doing this.

I think this is supported now – I was able to install my TPLink switches using just the UI and no configuration.
