Tractive doesn't work since Core Update 2024.2.1

Since Core Update my TRACTIVE installation gives up.
This is my config in VMWare Virtual Machine

  • Core 2024.2.1
  • Supervisor 2024.01.1
  • Operating System 11.5
  • Frontend 20240207.1

Is there a solution or workaround?

Same issue here. After core update Devicetracker.tractive not available! Other related tractive entities are still available.

Here is a workaround, that works for me.
I am not the owner of the tracker and therefore I was logged in as a family member.
Now I use the credentials of the owner and it works again. Not the best solution but better than nothing.
