Tractive Unavailable

The tractive device_tracker goes unavailable for a few seconds every 5 minutes.

This seems to be a known issue, but is there a solution? I could make a second device which updates based on this device except where unavailable but that is a lot of overhead, that automation would run every 5 minutes when my dog almost never leaves the house.

Hi Jeffrey, sorry to hijack or to give you false hope. I was about to write a post and then realized someone was also experiencing issues with the Tractive integration. In my case, the device_tracker is simply not available for a few weeks. How is it configured on your end ? Has anything changed on the Tractive API side ?
