Tradfri Integration cannot find outlet if it is in "off' state?

Tradfri integration seems to loose connection very often to the bridge or to the devices e.g. outlet switch. e.g. with the outlet switch, in HA then its presented as unavailable and cannot be switched on or off again.

Is there something I can do ? Has anyone else this problem.

Or should I write off the IKEA devices as a loss, as they are not compatible via Tradfri Integration with Home Assistant. However, then I would vote for placing a note in the documentation for Tradfri integration:
Barely functioning or not working at all. Risk of loosing money.

I’ve had my gateway since it was released and with very few issues over the years. I’ve found that errors are most often caused by local network issues on the user’s side. Try setting a fixed IP address on your gateway and running Home Assistant on a wired connection. I’d also refrain from using the app and Home Assistant at the same time.
