Tradfri Lightbulb send ct commands

So I have Deconz and my Tradfri bulbs are working fine within the app. I can send light up commands, light down commands, and more importantly color changing commands. I have these ones.

I have looked into just making deconz able to add the bulbs into HA and just control and do automations within HA and not Deconz. So my problem is that I cannot send the commands through HA at all, only through the deconz add on.

So I figured I’d try the API and just use that, but I cannot get the API Key for that so I’m stuck either way. These bulbs are awesome and a good price, but if I can’t get them to work I’ll have to go get something else.

Any suggestions?

  • You “have” Deconz? So you enabled the Deconz integration in Home Assistant?
  • what zigbee interface?
  • bulbs are paired to the interface deconz uses? (Raspbee or Conbee)
