Tradfri working out of the box in 0.56?

After the release of 0.55 the Tradfri lights did not work anymore. i had to follow these steps to get it working again:

I did like @morberg said in his post. So basically you need to install tinydtls and aiocoap. In order to do so you first need to install cython. So stop HA, activative your virtual environment (if you’ve installed HA in one) and execute the following command: pip3 install cython This may take a while - even though it looks nothing happens, just wait for it to finish. This wasn’t working for me because I tried it on the exististing virtual env installation. It was recommended to recreate the virtual env.

When I recreate the virtual env with HASS 0.56 within a fresh Raspbian Stretch installation, do I need to follow the mentioned steps to get Tradfri working or does it work “out of the box” again?
