Translation Error on Automation and Script Section

I am running Home Assistant OS on a Odroid N2+ with the latest updates but I am seeing an odd error on any device screen which clicking to create a Automation or Script. In both cases it displays something like " Translation Error: The intl string context variable “type” was not provided to the string “Create automation with {type}”" at the top of the pop up. I have attached an example of both. Is there a way to resolve this or is it a bug?

I have the same problem. My device is in my newly created area, but neither the device nor the area are visible from the Create Automation page.

Yeah, I’m seeing the same error when trying to create an automation for a zigbee plug.
