Im on version .87 trying to update to latest, after docker reboot im still on .87
For a Docker container, simply pull the latest one:
$ sudo docker pull homeassistant/home-assistant:latest
I did this and rebooted the docker container, but still on .87
You have to stop and remove the old image before starting the new one
If you’re using hassio why aren’t you using the built in updater?

What is the difference between homeassistant/qemux86-64-homeassistant and the hassio-supervisor?
Hassio supervisor is the orchestration container that actually provides you with the hassio menu, add-ons, and options. It’s what handles the updates and the container orchestration
