Triggering an action using Accuweather

I am not a YAML programmer, so I prefer to use the HA UI.

I want to do something pretty simple: turn on a light when the temperature outside is between 80 and 100 degrees. I am using Accuweather as the weather source. I never get a trigger even though the condition is met. Any ideas? Thanks!

delete the “attribute” entry.
