I have a door sensor that is tripping.
It goes from off to on on and then off off:
My alarm got triggered last night because of this.
Somebody knows wth is going on here? It only happens on 1 door sensor.
It’s connected via pynx584 server running on a Raspberry pi zero 2.
It opens and closes for about 5 seconds every time:
Electrical noise. Possible solutions:
Check the screws are tight.
Add an R-C snubber.
Shield the cables.
Shorten/re-route the cable run.
I will look into that
Forgot to mention that it’s a Networx NX-450-I wireless door sensor.
If it’s wireless then none of that applies.
Signal strength and interference are the two main likely causes, followed by a faulty device.
It’s constantly changing, look if i open the tab again.
