Cannot get BE468 to include in local zwave network. Lock was previously included in Smartthings Hub before hub failed. Lock was never excluded. Zwave controller is Silicon Labs ZS10-700. ZWave JS Integration installed on Unraid Home Assistant Docker. I have been able to include two Aeotec Range Extender 7 into network. Both are located near the lock. Any thoughts?
Edit: Set lock to Factory Defaults before inclusion attempt.
If its the old pre ZWave+ version of the lock you will need tm successfully exclude the lock before it will include again. (factory reset doesn’t dump the inclusion unless it’s ZWave+) you can exclude from any controller)
But the fun part, on the older schlages that use whisper mode S0 inclusion you’ll need to be within 6". (I just set my ZWave stick on top of the lock housing…) for exclusion or inclusion to work. (that means moving one to the other whichever is easier)
Then once you complete the process move the device(s) back and repair the node to ensure the route is in good shape.
