Trouble with a “simple” time injection

I have a flow that I want to trigger at 9:30pm to check for presence… if present then set thermostat. The issue is, the check presence node is triggering when state changes, not based on time flow… obviously I’m using the wrong HA node for this… can anyone suggest an alternative?
