I’m using the Waze Travel Time integration to calculate my commute time, but it’s not working. When I search for my commute time on waze.com it shows 18 minutes for the optimal route plus two other options with 19 minutes and 27 minutes. But, my integration in HA shows 31 minutes. I would assume that the integration would take the optimal route, but it doesn’t seem to. Any idea how to correct this?

I’m having issues with Waze too. IF I put in any substring the result goes to ‘unknown’ and even without it, the routes don’t show up any more. It seems like something changed on their end and HA hasn’t adapted to them yet.

Have you figured out an alternative or a way to make Waze work?
I’ve tried making two routes - GPS coordinates to and fro. Mileage should be the same, but it’s very different. I’ve tried putting the correct substring, but it doesn’t seem to help.
Mileage could be different if these are different routes.
Right - that’s my point. They should be using the same route. Is there a verified way to force a route?
