Troubles saving Lovelace cards after upgrade?

I’m not sure this has to do with an upgrade… but I’m making no changes to the card code other than an entity “friendly” name in the card, and I can’t save due to the progress wheel spinning incessantly:

I’ve attempted creating new cards in new views… same issue. As soon as I open any existing card, the save button is unavailable.

HA 2021.3.3, Frontend version: 20210302.6. Tried restarting HA and problem persists.

EDIT: I searched and found a few other threads with this same issue… but no concrete solution identified. I restarted HA a few times, and that didn’t work. I tried a few different views, and all were the same. Eventually I logged out of HA, cleared my cache, closed my browser, and then logged back in… and that seems to have done the trick. Solved.

Also have this exactly that issue at the moment. I installed some custom cards today, so it may be related to that.
Anyway, a CTRL+S also saves, so for me no real deal on PC and on mobile there is hackers keyboard.

Edit: and after I saved that way a couple of cards, out of a sudden the save button magically reappeared :slight_smile:
