Troubleshooting Connection Issues with SZ-SRN12N Siren on Zigbee2MQTT

Hi all,

I recently purchased the SZ-SRN12N Siren because it appears on the list of supported devices for Zigbee2MQTT.
However, the device only connects to the network for a few seconds before disconnecting.
I’ve tried reconnecting it multiple times, but the issue persists.
Restarting Zigbee2MQTT also hasn’t resolved the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I’d greatly appreciate any guidance or advice.

Hi Pepe RUBIANES,

I’m guessing the siren is outdoors. You may have a signal problem out there.
My suggestion would be to put a routing Zigbee device closer to the siren and see if the mesh will pick it up better.
