Troubleshooting Simply Automated UPB switches with UPStart

I have many Simply Automated controls. The company appears to be non-responsive to support questions. I heard that the inventor and owner of the company died a few years ago. Younger relatives attempted to take over, but I don’t think they are doing anything with the business (except collecting profits from selling inventory. The original support reps, Ken and Millard, have moved on. They were very good–too bad.

Anyway, I have two dimmer switches that are not working. One shows up fine in UPStart, but does not respond the the controller/scheduler. The other, which also has a remote to make it 3-way, does not show up as connected in UPStart. Both used to work just fine and they both work manually still.

Additionally, I’m looking for a ZS11 BN, which doesn’t appear to be available in anyone’s inventory. So, if anyone has one that they no longer are using, I’d be glad to buy it.
