TRV604 WiFi integration problem with HA LocalTuya / Tuya Local

Hello everyone. This is my first post on this forum. I hope you can help me solve my problem. I started playing around with HA and trying to integrate thermostats with Tuya Local. I managed to integrate switches and door sensors, but the thermostats were beyond me. They are one of the most popular WiFi-enabled thermostats on AliExpress, the TRV604 with an OLED display.

During the thermostat configuration, I can select it from the list, so it connects to my Tuya account. After selecting it from the list, I have to wait while it detects the local address. After waiting, I get a window with the Device ID, IP address or host name, Localkey, and Protocol version. All information is filled in except for the IP address. I also receive the message “Unable to connect to your device with those details. It could be an intermittent issue, or they may be incorrect.” I checked the key and ID with the Tuya Developer portal, and everything is correct. I checked the IP address on the router and entered it manually, and the same result. P.S. Integration with Tuya works without any problems, but I would like to disconnect myself from the internet.

I don’t see that device in the Tuya Local supported devices list yet. Maybe you can follow the instructions to add it to the supported device list?

How about Local Tuya integration? Can you add it in there?

The situation is that I can ping the thermostat in both directions (pings between 300-1000ms, no packet loss). It works with Tuya integration, but not with Tuya Local or Tuya Local. It doesn’t matter whether I enter the data manually or download it from the cloud. The router, HA, and the thermostat itself have been restarted multiple times with no effect. The result is “Unexpected exception: [Errno 113] Connect call failed (‘192.168.0.105’, 6668)”.
