Hello!

Trying to install reolink duo 3 PoE to HA. But get wrong message. Getting it working with webrtc. But reolink finds that I have a camera. So I think it depends on the network settings I would think.

Have http, hhtps, rtsp and onvif enabled

ports 80,443,554 and 8000

logs into ha with duckdns https don’t know if it should matter.

Do I have to open some port in the firewall?
Have a Poe switch (smarter than me) that I connected the camera to.
app works (android)
app Windows works
Ha Does not work

What is the “wrong message”? Is it in your error logs? Are you using the official Reolink integration?

I’ve never seen that error message.

Are you using the Reolink integration or something else to connect the camera to HA? I don’t have any Duo3s, but I do have 2 Duo2s that are connected using the Reolink integration along with being connected to go2rtc as well.

Try using h265Preview_01_main. That’s what worked for me.

still have the same problem. Reolink finds the IP address, comes to the submenu

Some troubleshooting later, i got it to work.
Steps

  • Install the Client: App & Client - Reolink
  • Open up and go to Settings (press the settings icon on the camera from the sidebar) → Network → Server Settings.
  • Enable all the checkboxes.
  • Jump back into hass and finish setup.
