Trying to configure Eufy door bell into HAOS

I am trying to configure an Eufy (I believe) S330 doorbell camera into HAOS. I have been following the README here:

…but can not get past step #2 Installing go2RTC Add-On. The installation keeps asking for a server address. I have tried any number of IP addresses including local host. None have worked. This problem might be because I am trying to use a slightly differently named Add On as the exact name “go2RTC” does not appear in the HA Add On list. And I have made sure I am running the latest HA version (no available updates as of the date of this post).

The other possibility, the README I am using is already out of date. If that is the case, what is the currently accepted way to integrate an Eufy IOT (door bell) appliance into HA?

So as not to leave people hanging. My issue turned out to be not having HACS installed. So access to features only in HACS (with very similar names to features already in Settings->Add-ons->ADD-ON STORE) made the howtos appear out of date / obsolete.
