Trying to get in to Home Assistant on QNAP

I’m very new to this so have been googling my way and have hit a road block… I’m using container station to run HA, I used the docker pull command to add it the container and installed it, logged on via the iOS HA app, configured my username and password and I was in. I tried logging in via a browser and it said incorrect username and password, I changed the password from the app, it said the same. I quit out of the app and tried logging in and it won’t let me. So I thought I’d blow it all away and start again, I removed the container from container station, tried installing again etc but it says the container is in use, I tried removing container station altogether and re-install it, it still says the same. I can still browse to http://:8123 but it’s the same login prompt and it won’t let me in.

Any idea how to get rid of everything so I can start again?

maybe it got stuck on your config directory/folder… when you setup HA with docker you normally map config to a local folder to make it persistent with software updates, rename or delete that one
Please send more details with which parameters you activated the HA container
