Trying to get Nabu Casa cloud trial working

Working with the latest version of Home Assistant, Samsung S23 phone, Chrome on desktop.

WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.http.ban] Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from localhost (127.0.0.1)

When I turn off wifi so the phone is using mobile data the app on the phone doesn’t connect.

There is a url to use a web browser to connect to my HA but it keeps telling me I am using an invalid user name or password. Everytime I try the message quoted above shows up in my logs. What am I doing wrong?

Can you login from Chrome on the desktop when login to Nabu Casa and click on the remote access link?

I have my address and password entered, it is correct. I get:

Invalid username or password

Can you login locally?

Thank you for helping. When I started creating another user I realized that my username was not my email address.

It is working. Sorry for troubling everyone.
