Trying to get Ring camera working in HomeKit with "ffmpeg isn't running!" error (HA Core)

Hi, I’ve been trying to get my Ring doorbell camera working in HA and HomeKit. I’m running Home Assistant Core in a Docker container. I added the camera through the UI and bridged it to HomeKit with a Bridge in Accessory mode. The camera only shows the latest movement alert, but Live View always times out. I noticed in the log there is an error that “ffmpeg isn’t running!”.

Is there a configuration I’m missing somewhere (I’m using UI config).

Trying to unify this topic from the various threads here: Ring doorbell live stream in Homekit
Hopefully we can get this issue updated from the Ring Devs as it seems they need to update the integration to set the stream source for the homekit bridge.
