Trying to have date in French in a custom button card

Hi, I have a lot of difficulty with template and this one give me bad time. I’m trying to have date in French in a custom button card.

I was able to have the date but it was in English … ( my home assistant is in French )

Also I can’t have this specific format : Day of the week, date month year. Ex: Wednesday 13 April 2022 ( ideally on two row :
