Trying to install home assistant but it keeps having an error

I was following a tutorial to install home assistant on mac os :

but after typing the first command it gave an error :

ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (ciso8601, lru-dict, pymicro-vad, pyspeex-noise, greenlet)
Any solutions would be appreciated, thank you

Did you also notice that the guide and the operating system used is 9 years old? I would find a newer guide on this.

I followed the instructions, however when starting the virtual machine the message:
FATAL: no bootable medium found. System halted.
Any advice? TIA

Did you enable EFI ?
