Trying to install in a fresh Home assistant in 2022 February 22 a lot of errors

I tried to install several addons today for example for example Check Home Assistant configuration, Check Home Assistant configuration
No problem with EspHome
This error appears always
Can’t install homeassistant/aarch64-addon-check_config:3.10.0: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.41/images/create?tag=3.10.0&fromImage=homeassistant%2Faarch64-addon-check_config: Internal Server Error (“Get “https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/”: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid: current time 2021-10-12T16:00:57Z is before 2021-11-30T00:00:00Z”)
What is hapenning

Edit:
I was able to start and restore my full backup but addons were missing. Backup is from yesterday from another installation.

I also tried restore them again:
