TS0601 Not reporting

I’m sort of new to HA. I added a Sonoff Zigbee USB 3.0 Coordinator and a few TS0601 temp and humidity sensors.

They seem to connect and I see the map showing they are connected. But I don’t see any data from them at all.

It’s cool that I see signal strength, but where is the actual data for temperature and humidity? I’ve tried adding them to a dashboard and looking at them under “devices” but no data. Do you have to so something special to see data from a sensor when you add it to HA?

I’m very technical but this makes me question my sanity. :slight_smile: I’ve tried looking everywhere to see how to view data from a sensor in Home Assistant but can’t seem to find any.

I’ve upgraded to the latest Home Assistant. Done a reboot.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it’s that this hardware doesn’t work with Home Assistant. I saw some posts about how to add ‘quirks’ to fix it.

Are there wireless temp sensors that will work without quirks? Are there better options than Zigbee for Home Assistant?
