TSUN Local is an unofficial Home Assistant custom integration that connects compatible TSUN micro-inverters directly over the local network — without a proxy or cloud dependency.

Why I created it
I originally developed this integration for fun and for my own Home Assistant installation. Since many owners have difficulty accessing their TSUN micro-inverters locally, I decided to make it available so others can benefit from it too.
This remains a personal hobby rather than my main activity, so replies and fixes may sometimes take time. Useful hardware feedback and focused bug reports are very welcome.

Adapters are also ready for community testing on several other TITAN, GEN3 and GEN3 PLUS models with 1, 2, 4 or 6 PV inputs. The complete compatibility table is available in the GitHub documentation.

- translated Home Assistant entities in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Simplified Chinese.
Daily and total energy counters retain their latest value while a solar-powered inverter is offline at night. Instantaneous measurements become unavailable until communication returns.
Installation with HACS
Use the HACS installation link above, choose the Integration category, download the latest release, restart Home Assistant, then add TSUN Local from Settings → Devices & services.
Home Assistant asks for the device IP address, TCP port (8899 by default), and the numeric Monitor SN / Logger SN printed on the micro-inverter label.
Requires Home Assistant 2026.3.0 or later.
Testers wanted
If you own another TSUN TITAN, GEN3 or GEN3 PLUS micro-inverter, please feel free to try the integration. Successful tests and failed attempts are both valuable.
The integration can export anonymized diagnostics and protocol traces that exclude the IP address, Monitor SN and AP envelope. These captures can be replayed locally, which makes it possible to investigate compatibility without remote access to your network.
Please open a compatibility report from the GitHub repository and include the exact model, firmware version, TSUN Local version and downloaded diagnostics.

TSUN Local is an independent community project. It is not developed, approved or maintained by TSUN, and it is not affiliated with TSUN in any way. Please direct support requests to the project repository rather than to the manufacturer.

If it does not work, that is useful too: it may reveal another logger, protocol revision or hardware variant worth investigating.
