when I try to add the repo to Home Assistant 2021.6.6 I get an error “invalid repo”. is there a way to bypass that? there couple of addons I am interested in …

This is a custome media_player component I made, supporting Pi audio output or bluetooth output. You can use it without installing any add-on.

Platform error media_player.pulseaudio - Integration ‘pulseaudio’ not found.

You should put all the files in /config/custom_components/pulseaudio/, just like what the other custom integrations do, and restart homeassistant core.
Then, you can config it from the frontend menu config - Integrations, by adding an integration name pulseaudio.
