I just bought and set up the Tuo temperature sensor, which uses Matter over Thread.
The problem is, the temperature is being reported in increments of 1°C, which is lower precision than I’d expect.
The humidity is being reported to the hundredth of a percent, though, so I suspect an issue with the device itself.
Has anyone else used this sensor and seen something similar (or different)?
I have one of these in my Amazon cart. How is the device holding up in HA now that you have had some time with it?
Works great other than the mentioned issue. Kind of annoying to always jump between 68, 69.8, 71.8 F and so on but it’s not the worst.
Hello, did this issue get resolved? I have been thinking maybe it was a bad sensor? I would like to order one.
No it didn’t get fixed, I’m thinking it’s just how the firmware is implemented.
I’ve gotten used to it now but still wish it did more precision.
What is the specific model number for this device?
