Hi,
I want to monitor a (exactly one) cooling appliance for power draw over time to
a) detect potentially left open fridge door
b) detect potential fridge defect
I have no experience with handling 230 V so I want a solution where I don’t have to touch the circuit.
I was thinking of SCT013 based solution or something else.
How precise, interference-resilient and long-lasting are these kinds of sensors?
What else would you suggest (I don’t want these wall plugs that can do switching on and off as I don’t want the device to be able to be switched off remotely for safety reasons)
Budget is € 50. I have some spare raspberrys and ESP 32s I could use, too
