I am trying to add Devices through Tuya Cloud & Smart Life App for some time now but unable to add. Please help if anybody has found any solution. And every time I click on Device linking it says Server Busy first then this error.
Then do what it says, unlink, apparently you have 2 Project, unlink all device/account in the “old/not used” one !, i guess you just need 1 project ?
That’s the issue I have one project. One issue might be that I registered the same number for OEM app as well before I started using Tuya app. Now I have deleted the OEM app which will be permanently removed after 7 days. Hoping that was the issue and will solve this error.
I don’t know, i don’t recall anything about OEM app, Or Smart App Account, to use for HA, you need to create “Basic” Developer Account …
Thou i also don’t use Tuya Cloud or Smart Life App, i only used Tuya App on my phone(to transferred my Nedis and Deltaco devices into Tuya App), then im using Tuya Local in HA, and only signed up at Tuya.iot , to get required local-device-token
Wrote to Tuya support as well. Wasn’t able to do anything. The solution was to sign up for Smart Life using the same email and things worked.
Earlier I was on Tuya Smart app.
