I have run several Tuya WiFi sockets on my Home Assistant with no problems. Since the recent Tuya updates on Tuya I can no longer control my sockets in Home Assistant.
I’m confused! Looking at my Tuya IOT account I can see that my devices are linked, all are listed correctly and on line. I have no problems controlling my switches from my mobile phone. I have now managed to install the latest Tuya integration on Home Assistant, I did get an error message because Tuya consider Sweden to be in “Central Europe” where I made an error. Now the integration is installed but none of my devices are shown. These devices are wifi sockets made by a couple of different manufacturers. I could understand if Tuya did not include and support unusual products but these sockets are run of the mill design. How can I proceed troubleshooting this situation?
Having the same issue. Have you made any progress with this?
Working OK now. Basically I deleted my Tuya IOT account and created a new one. It was some time ago so I can’t remember the exact details but it all seem to work on the newly created account.
