Tuya IoT integration subscription expired/renewal

Hi,

Has anyone experienced their Tuya IoT Core service expiring before? All my Tuya-integrated devices have disappeared from the HA integration.

I have received an email from Tuya stating that my service expired yesterday and I need to renew it.

Looking in the Tuya IoT platform portal I see this:

I note it says Trial Edition (one month) and Pay-As-You-Go. I haven’t had to renew before and I am wondering if this is a change to Tuya’s terms. Has anyone else experienced this?

If you search you’ll see this is very common, you can (so far) ask for the trial to be extended and they will.
