So I went to the Tuya IoT Platform site, created an account. I than proceeded to Cloud → Development. However this is what I get. 
Same on Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. Wtf am I missing here?
Alright I solved this problem. I tried it on my cell phone with it connected to the LTE network and it worked correctly. This got me thinking about my internet connection. Specifically my router. I have all traffic from china blocked and that is what was breaking it.
So for anyone else who happens to have this issue check to make sure country blocking isn’t turned on for china. :s
