Tuya IOT with Tuya & Smart Life connected - only displaying Tuya on Home assistant

I have followed this steps: Tuya - Home Assistant to configure some devices I have in my Tuya and SmartLife apps.

On my cloud I have configured both Tuya and SmartLife integrations and devices are shown there without issues:

But when adding the instance to the home assistant, only the Tuya devices get added.

I tried to unlink the Tuya integration and leave only the SmartLife one, and refresh integration on HA, and all the devices from Smart Life appeared there.

Any idea on how to configure this situation to get all devices displayed on HA?

I’ve just installed HA and gone through the Tuya integration with the same result. Be interested in any advice. I’ve only got 4 devices in the Tuya smart app vs 9 in the Smart Life app so worst case I’ll just reset the 4 and add them into Smart Life, be nice not to have to though.

I also have devices scattered on these two Apps , and have tried creating two different projects in tuya cloud dev , one for tuya devices and one for smart life devices. But I am encountering the same thing. Once I refresh the the tuya hub in HA, the smart life devices disappears

Hope someone can shed light on what’s happening… Really want to bring all my devices into HA

I have the same issue. Tried messing with core.config_entries file to separate into two but nothing worked out. Any advice is appreciated.

The same goes for me, either the Smart Life devices are used with my Smart Life account or when I use “Reload Button”

after clicking the Tuya devices are available.

Hi! I know it’s not an answer for the question, but what worked on my end is to add all devices to Tuya app. I reset my Smart Life device (actually I had only one) and I could add it to Tuya app. Now I only need the Tuya integration to be configured in Home assistant. Hope this helps.
