hello guys, I have a remote control from tuya, I can’t add it to home assistant, it’s added, but how can tuya not work if it’s possible to add it to home assistant?
What exact tuya IR do you have, and how did you add it to home assistant.
wi-fi Smart thir blaster model TYTHIR-RMC
I added it to Home Assistant via Local Tuya
but it is not determined which one there is no such function which one I read on some forms, some people say that you can add it via Zegbee and 2MQTT
I want to configure my path through the Home Assistant so that I can immediately write dozens of commands and codes to it
This is the WIFI-Model, it does not have a Zigbee antenna included, so you won’t be able to use this device with a Zigbee Network.
Not sure if local tuya can do IR, never tried it. Have you tried using the normal tuya cloud integration: Tuya - Home Assistant ?
Yes I use regular Cloud tuya
and how it can be used there, you create automation and it will be moved to the home assistant
but automation doesn’t work when there is no Internet it works in the cloud I need to configure the path so that it works locally
this path connects like all the usual points on tuya
If you really need devices to work without working internet, you will in the long run need a zigbee setup. That is the only way to achieve this in a stable manner. For that you need a zigbee stick like this Home Assistant SkyConnect - Home Assistant and a the Zigbee version of the Tuya IR device.
I have this device, I can connect it Z-Stack 20230507
You have the Wifi version of the IR Blaster. It cannot do Zigbee.
Z-Stack 20230507 I can create with this device ZHA
I don’t understand what you try to do?
