I successfully added my new Nedis WIFIFNH10CBK via Tuya integration and SmartLife app. If I do climate.turn_on for climate.bedroom_heater it starts the fan, but no heater. HA says it supports operation “heat” and “off”. But the app shows under Heating: High, Low and Off. Where Off has the fan active but no heater. And this is the mode that HA sets it in.
Can you start this device but in “High”-mode?

I’m afraid not, sent a email to support for Nedis but they didn’t even reply 
I think there is a workaround, noticed this when HA restarted:

This is a scene I have created in the SmartLife-app. It seems it is possible to toggle it from HA.

Hello, i am running into the same problem. Added the Nedis Fan Heater: Fan Heater WIFIFNH10CBK on Tuya integration
When i set the temperature above the measured roomtemperature, the fan starts, but the heating is not switched on. It should have low and high setting
also the swing option is not available
Please let me know if any information is needed, so i can provide it as soon as possible
I made some changed to WiFi in the house and was forced to remove the heater from Tuya SmartLife. Something has changed in the app and I think this fan/heater doesn’t support EZ pairing (instead you need to do AP pairing). The fan is set to pairing by pressing POWER for 5 seconds.
In the SmartLife app (not Nedis), add device, manual, others and others (wifi). Then after selecting a 2,4GHz Wifi you connect to the fans AP and the installation continues.
