Hello, just completed Tuya V2 integration installation apparently fine (no errors in front-end).
Unfortunately no device shown in Home Assistant.
I have the following error in the logs:
2021-10-16 11:33:24 ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.tuya_v2] Tuya login error response: {'code': 500, 'msg': 'system error,please contact the admin', 'success': False, 't': 1634376803864}

The strange thing is that this is my second integration in another HA instance. First installation gone smoothly. After that, this second installation I made a mistake on country code, and now I continuously get this error…
Just wanted to add I’m in the same broken boat:
Tuya login error response: {‘code’: 500, ‘msg’: ‘system error, please contact the admin’, ‘success’: False, ‘t’: 1634517611680}
Everything looks good in the Tuya IoT console, but Tuya v2 plus the HACS component per these instruction results in the 500 error.
After a week, no devices added.
Now when I’m trying another time, a new error message appears “You cannot scan the QR code to add a device deployed in another data center”

yep, however I tried all regions possible and none of them worked.
I had previously 3 dimmer switches from Feit that were fully integrated to HA with the Tuya integration . before the Tuya V2 and now they are not published to this version , therefore not working on my HA.
I can see all my devices connected to my Smartlife App , I can even see all the devices on the Tuya developer site, but can’t use them on HA.
Solved my issue.

Damned I can’t figure it out.
I finally make the device list updated in the iot platform.
However, I can’t make it works with the tuya integration. I have the integration set but no device is added.
I even tried with tuya V2 but I can’t even access to the listed device panel too.
Did I missed something ? Do I have to reset all my homeassistant configuration ?
Try the 2021.11 beta. The Tuya integration is much improved.
well…witch one ? Tuya V2 beta ? or the “original” one ?
And how can I do that ?

The HA 2021.11 beta with the official HA Tuya integration.
Understood. But I can’t find how to install a beta version of HA.

Depends how you run Home Assistant.
Is it running in Docker? Is it Home Assistant OS? Is it Home Assistant Supervised?

Hi friends. Has anyone had problems with the integration? If I do it from the integration “Yours” it tells me that it cannot access the api.
If I use localtuya and I want to see the local key it tells me exactly the same thing. Thanks
